You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Rhilla app on your iOS device.

The licence is effective until terminated. Your rights under this licence will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete all copies.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organisation and affirm that you have the authority to bind the organisation to these Terms.

Rhilla provides a social gaming platform where users can participate in polls, earn Rhilla points, and interact with other users. Our Services are accessible via the Rhilla iOS app and our website, which serves as a portal to download the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms.

To use Rhilla, you must create an account. During registration, you are encouraged to use a nickname as your profile name and username to maintain your privacy. You must provide a valid email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Post or share any content that is profane, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Post or share any content that contains private or personal information of any third party without their consent.
• Post or share any content that infringes on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
• Engage in any activity that is harmful to others, including bullying, harassment, or threats.
• Engage in any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real-time interactions.

To ensure Rhilla is a safe place, we do not allow the posting of images or videos. All posts must be in text format and comply with our user conduct guidelines.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that we can collect and use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or any applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our Services and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rhilla operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.

We collect limited information to provide and improve our Services.

When you create or update a Rhilla account, you provide us with your email address, username, profile image, and bio. Your username and profile image are publicly visible. The nickname and bio can be any information you choose to provide, and we encourage using non-identifiable information.

We collect the content you post, including text, images, and links. These posts are public by default.

Your email address is used for account creation, communication, and password recovery. It is not shared publicly.

We do not share your private personal information except in the limited circumstances described here.

We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us in compliance with this Privacy Policy. These third parties use your private personal data only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions.

We may preserve or disclose your information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect our rights or property.

In the event that Rhilla is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. This Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.

We may share or disclose non-private, aggregated, or otherwise non-personal information, such as your public user profile information and public posts.

If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access or modify the personal information you provided and associated with your account. You can also permanently delete your Rhilla account. When your account is deactivated, it is not viewable on the app. After 30 days, we begin the process of deleting your account from our systems, which can take up to a week.

Our Services are not directed to persons under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be on our website. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via an update or email to the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
